Frank Blecha is an experienced manager who has led teams ranging from 10 to 250 employees for the past twenty years. In addition to his management experience, he has a strong background in software development. Frank is a member of Prospanica and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University and his MBA from New Mexico State University.

Throughout his career, Frank has held various roles in the software industry. He began his career working for a startup that focused on workflow software. He then moved on to work in R&D, where he conducted cutting-edge research on AI simulations. After that, he developed an innovative software system for the Defense Department that was used worldwide. Recently, he led the development of a sophisticated analytics platform for a health startup and was instrumental in shaping its data-driven strategy. Currently, he leads the development of the flagship mobile app for a Fortune 5 company.
